Coinciding with the 50th Union Day, Abu Dhabi Housing Authority launched “Bayti 3” Initiative, which provides 50 new designs suitable for different types of lands in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, bringing the number of designs within the three phases of “Bayti” Initiative to 108 designs.

Abu Dhabi Housing Authority stated that "Tayseer" was involved in "Bayti 3" Initiative because of its impact on the comfort of the citizen, as it helps citizens in the phase of designing and building their houses. Tayaseer categorizes the consultants who are appropriate to participate in the designs that benefit New Citizen Housing Program, and adds the initiative to Tayaseer’s services.

"Tayseer" was launched in 2020 as a free optional service available to all citizens of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, who are eligible to obtain loans from Abu Dhabi Housing Authority. "Tayseer" provides advice on best practices to customers in all stages of design and construction, and falls within the framework of the supply chain in Abu Dhabi and shares with it the same goal in promoting the construction sector, in the interest of the residents of the Imirate.

Abu Dhabi Housing Authority explained that "Bayti 3" Initiative came to include designs in line with the new loan categories, designs in line with the needs of people of determination, and taking into account the amendments to the requirements of the amended building permits regulations. It included designs for the category of loans worth 1,250,000 dirhams, designs for the category of loans worth 1,450,000 dirhams, designs for the category of loans worth 1,720,000 dirhams, and designs for the category of loans worth 2,000,000 dirhams, in addition to designs for people of determination with visual, physical, hearing and intellectual disabilities.

Abu Dhabi Housing Authority stated that the three-phase “Bayti” initiative came with the aim of providing various housing designs for those intending to build their houses on the lands allocated for them, in cooperation with reputable consultants, working in the private sector, with long-standing experience in the field of housing design, in a way that reduces the burden of the design process on the owner, and saves time of the owner and the consultant, and in a way that ensures that the owner obtains a high-quality housing that is in conformity with all applicable regulations and standards, and that provides housing styles that vary from modern style, oriental style and Arabic style.

Abu Dhabi Housing Authority stated that citizens intending to obtain housing designs plans can have access to these plans through the Authority's website, and the designs can be modified, and if the citizen intends to make amendments to the plans, he / she shall consult the consultant, who made the design, to add the amendments he desires.

Abu Dhabi Housing Authority emphasized that one of its most important goals is to achieve citizens' satisfaction with housing services, as the Authority works to save the time of the citizen and develop a diversified and innovative portfolio of housing and financial services, with a focus on engaging all community groups and strengthening the social fabric of the UAE society.

Abu Dhabi Housing Authority is keen to provide a variety of sustainable services to support citizens, and is looking forward to issuing more designs in the coming stages.
